What we collect
When you email, call, or WhatsApp us, we may collect your name, phone number, email (if you give it), the workplace or site you name, preferred times, the shift or role you ask about, and the messages you send.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange the shift you asked for
- To keep a record of that request
If you message us on WhatsApp (+65 9638 8375), those messages are also handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Retention
We keep your data for up to 3 years after your last activity, or as required by law, then delete it.
Access, correction and withdrawal
You can ask to see or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing jobs@mluck.sg. The data protection contact is jobs@mluck.sg.
